Why is a $10 discount automatically being applied?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Coupons]

 

I was attempting to run my first transaction with a real customer and when I typed in the amount the charge amount showed $10 less than I keyed in. It was like a $10 coupon was locked into the system and I didn't know how to disengage the $10 coupon.

What device were you taking the payment on? Did you make sure you don't have any active discounts, here?
