Currently their isn't a way to adjust the size of the of the delivery option on the Online Store. The only workaround I can think of is to create a modifier set of delivery options, so they choose it on your item. Then set the default delivery method to shipping - that way you still collect your customers address. If you use electronic delivery or pick up it won't collect this information.
