Why does an appointment change from dark blue to light blue

It changes light blue when you review and checkout in appointment app. I spoke with someone this morning
I have one past appointment that stands out as VIVID blue rather than all the other light blues. She paid in full so no biggy, but I'm also wondering why that's the only one a different color.
