For the past few weeks, once a week or so one of our items has been removed from all locations. It’s available one day, but the next morning it’s completely missing from the POS because it’s been removed from the location. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to fix it?
@SunnySideKitche This sounds like a problem that might just be centered on your account… a bug, of sorts. It seems that you can reproduce the problem, so you should. Create an item. Take screen shots. When it disappears, take screen shots. Send all of that to Square Customer Success so they can investigate. I’ve never had this happen in 10+ years with Square. But it’s not unheard of for problems to occur for one or a few accounts that don’t happen in the general population.
