Hey Guys, Is there any way to access tickets from the square dashboard on my laptop or desktop? It seems like this should be a basic function for back of house/front of house services. Managers should be able to manage their employees tickets and close them out remotely if necessary.

Thanks for surfacing—I went to check on this and the ability to manage Open Tickets from the online Square Dashboard is not available at this time.
I can see how having more visibility as well as the ability to manage current tickets remotely/from back of house would be helpful. To be sure I'm raising the most accurate feedback to our product team members, are there any other specific functions that you're looking for or other insight that you'd like them to be aware of?

Tom, is this a thing yet? Its been almost 2 years and this feature has not been implemented yet, or has it?
Taking over for Tom. No new updates. I don't see this feature on the roadmap for implementation in the near future, but hopefully that will change.
