Why can't we change you wording on the text confirmation?

I need to change the wording on our confirmations- I want to change it for texts not email. why doesn't it allow me to do that? I want to include our new policies. also, I don't have a link in the confirmations...

At this time customizing text messages is not possible for various reasons @Rco, one of the main ones is to make sure that our messages remain compliant and safe for your customers. I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers' interest in your request.

 

Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).
