Why can't my client schedule for today on his iPhone?

My client texted me, saying he can't schedule an appointment for right now, so he assumed I was booked the rest of the day. I am not. He sent me a screenshot of being unable to select today's date (as if I were booked). I used my phone to attempt the same thing and today's date is available. Why are we seeing two different things?? This is affecting my appointments!

Hi @SouthBarbershop-

 

Since you've checked your Appointments availability, the issue could be with your client's mobile device. For example, they might need to use a different web browser app, or update the software on their device.  They can also download Google Chrome for iPhone and this may correct the issue- especially if you are not having issues with your account.

 

If this issue persists and your clients aren't able to book appointments for your barbershop please contact our Support Team directly so we can investigate this further!
