I check my account and the email address is correct but the email that verification is being sent to is not. How do I change this? I do not want my services to be canceled

Did you already check to make sure it wasn't going to junk/spam on accident? Sometimes certain providers think our emails are spam and they go there when they shouldn't.
If so, I'd reach out to our direct CS E-Comm team to make sure we have the correct email on file and to look into it more since we can't have with other sellers from the Community.
