Why am I getting an error when importing my inventory list?

I am getting an error when attempting to import inventory via your .csv template. It says I have 10 errors in the document and when I scroll down I see under Price...

"An unexpected value ($1,850.00) was found at row: 1183, column: 7. Please verify the data and try again."

I have changed the format of the price to number and currency with no luck. Can anyone help?

Hmm, strange, @sarabell - I haven't heard of that error myself. It will likely be easier if you contact our support team directly so we can take a look and test the csv file with you. Thank you!
