Why Refund API return Internal Server Error ?

Hi

I implement refund processing using Refund API in my application.

(https://docs.connect.squareup.com/api/connect/v2#endpoint-createrefund)

When I request this API, Internal Serrver Error will be returned in the first request.

But, I will succeed if I request it again.

Why Refund API return Internal Server Error ?

Can you explore the cause from TransactionID and TenderID?

Hi @abby1! If you haven't already please contact our API team directly. It would be great if you could include the TenderID and Transaction ID in your message to that team so they can investigate this further.
