Which device do I need to purchase to take payments without internet and without a smartphone?

Can someone help?  Which device do I need to purchase In order to take payments without internet and without. Smart phone ?  Thank you in advance.

You can take payments in "Offline Mode". If you click the link you can find out more about how to use it. 

To sum it up- it gives you the ability to take those payments without internet. There are some issues with doing that because you won't know if a card is denied until you reconnect to the internet. Also, you will need to reconnect in 72 hours or the transactions will be lost.
