Hello! Which POS device do I need to use square with an IPhone 8 Plus? 

And where do I get it?

I'm assuming you mean what reader to get the credit card info.  I would recommend the contactless chip reader and a lightning magnetic swipe reader for those few cards that don't have chips yet.
