Where is my square item catalog and how do I access it?

In at least 4 places Square talked about my “Square Item Catalog” and I can’t seem to find it anywhere…

The Square Item Catalog can be found in your Dashboard > Items  or under the Online Overview Dashboard under Items > Site Items
