Where do I find all online and in person sales? I need to know what was ordered

Most of our sales are online, however, before I was up and running on the square store I had to manually create invoices for payments. Where will I see ALL of my orders? I want/need the ability to view all orders that have been submitted from customers as well as if someone doesn't have a CC and I have to manually bill the customer.

Also, when an online order comes in and I see it. Do I have "x" amount of days to click complete? My orders are for t-shirts and other apparel that I may not have on-hand. I just don't want to lose the orders or payment

Hi @mamabears!

First, you can see all of your completed payments from the Transactions section of your online Square Dashboard. This includes paid Invoices, payments taken with the app and Online Store sales. 

Second, you can control the amount of time needed to prepare an order from the Settings section of your Online Store. The default is 7 days but you can change to a maximum of 60 days. (It's under the Shipping Settings section, click the Ship Within dropdown to make changes).
