When someone redeems their gift card ami supposed to clear the balance?

I am wondering what to do when someone uses their gift card. Do I clear the balance or leave it?

Hey @Sole2soul - When a Square Gift Card is used, the balance automatically depletes so there's no need to clear it manually. Just leave it!
