I refunded a customer on 1/13 and it still hasn't come out of my bank account even though it shows on my square dashboard that it was refunded. I haven't heard from her and didn't want to ask so it didn't look unprofessional. Does it take longer than a week and a half to come out on my end? I assumed it would come out of the bank account my square is connected to.

If you have a balance that's high enough to cover the refund within your Square account, the funds will be withdrawn directly from your account. From there, it can take 9-14 business days for your customer to receive their refund. You can learn more about the Refund Timeline within our Support Center.

I had the exact same question! I had incoming and pending deposits and it looks like square just took it out of that...
