When do the POS systems go on sale?

I'm looking to buy the terminal or one of the retail set ups. But I want to know when they go on sale. Do they ever go on sale? Does anyone have a promo code I could use to buy the equipment? I found a code with Adobe, but it's not for the equipment that I want. Please help!
