Gary, I had the same problem all weekend. However, today I cannot even get the 'Item' window to open so I can try to add anything.
We must be the only users having this problem, and now my existing register on a separate tablet will not let me add any additional items, they disappear also. Sounds like a software glitch to me. Both are android OS.
