I would like every customer to pay a down deposit of $10 for their secured slot but how can I set that up to where when the customers click on the link/tab on my social media/websites they can do it? Would I have to send them an invoice every time or is there an automated request once opening of booking site and/or upon checking out?

At this time, the ability to collect a security deposit isn't available but we do offer the ability to hold card for no-show protection. For more information on how it works, have a look at this thread: "Card on file" for no-show protection?
