When I enter a low stock alert quantity for any inventory item it isn't saving it, why?

I am trying to establish low-stock alerts for my inventory items. When I enter the quantity which I wish to be notified when an item is low, and then click "done", it is not saving the quantity. And the item inventory screen "Save" option at the top is not highlighted, so I cannot click on save.

What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the Seller Community!

There are couple of things I want to weed through to make sure we have all of our bases covered. Make sure you're using Google Chrome.

Have you added inventory to the item?  If not, you can by clicking the 0 next to it - make sure to add a reason or it won't let you click on the quantity. 

Also, if you try to leave the screen where the "Save" button is grayed out - does it ask you if you want to discard changes? Usually if that button is grayed out no changes have been made.
