When I check a customer out the option to manually enter an e-gift card does not show up.

How do I fix this? Is there a way to use e-gift cards other than this?

You can turn on payment methods in your settings. On your mobile device go to settings, checkout, payment, and you can drag and drop the order in which payment methods show up and which ones you want on/off
