What time are scheduled invoices processed?

If I schedule an invoice to be sent and paid (using card on file) on the 1st of each month, in general, what time is the invoice processed?

Scheduled invoices are automatically sent at 10am specific to Sellers timezone on the selected date.

If you've chosen to automatically charge a customers card on file, it will charge when the invoice is sent.
