What's the best way to have a modifier be a different price at different locations?

I don't think you can make the same modifiers have location specific prices currently. 

Our workaround has been to create a location specific set of modifiers with pricing and add them to the appropriate items. 

ie. Park Ave Location Modifiers, Uptown Modifiers, etc

I believe you've have to create multiple modifiers, and then only make them available at specific locations:
