What is going on with this nonsense blocking Bitwarden, etc from logging in with single click?

Has square chosen to block extensions such as bitwarden from being used to log in? Up to last week, it worked fine. Could click the button and log in. Now it seems it's blocked?

There is a bug with the login page and all password managers (including the onboard browser password managers). Engineering is looking at it.
