What is a DNX error

we were using our iPad on our food truck for the last few hours with no problem and now it won’t work there is an error message DNX what is this and why?

I'm actually not familiar with this error either and didn't find anything on Google pertaining to this happening with Square.

Do you have a screenshot of this error message to provide?
