What do I need to do be able to show sales from one event separate from my other other sales?

I have a vendor event in the evening that will take commision from my sales at the event which I have to give them a weekly gross sales total. 

I will have other sales during the day so I need to be able to seperate the sales. What do I need to do? Can I do it by logging in as a different employee during the event or do I need to create a different log in to access??

Thanks.. So I created a separate location for event. Does that mean I can only use a certain contactless square at the location? How does it determine the location? Is there a way to set the device to that location? when I am there so I can use the square at other places when I am not at the event??

The readers are "dumb" devices and connect to the Square App to transfer the credit card data and that's all.  The Square POS app is what knows where to make the transaction.  You log in to the Square POS app and it will have you choose which location you are selling at.  When you need to go back to the other location just sign out and sign back in and choose the location.
