Website Embedded - Location

When I embed the code into my website page it works fine but during Location selection, my only location is displayed along with a selection for "We'll come to you".

1) How do not show "We'll come to you"

2) Since I only have 1 location, can I turn off Location selection?

I answered both questions from the Appointment - Settings - 'Calendar & Booking' section.  Selected 'At my business' from the 'Where do you accept appointments?"  That removed the location question altogether.
