Voided Refunds?

Hello. I have a question. I didn’t refund a customer but I was actually refunded myself and it came in this morning from Amazon as a refund but says “voided” with the amount I was supposed to have refunded crossed out for $107.99. Is this normal? Am I still going to get my money or do I need to be contacting the over the phone support? Again, this is a refund I’m owed, not a customer. I placed an order with my square card and it never came so I canceled and refunded. And it shows as voided. Please someone give me some advice on what to do. Should I call? Or wait on it to be available?

HI, to understand, you purchased something on Amazon and did not receive it so you cancelled?  Amazon charges at shipping, if item never shipped the Amazon "hold" on your card for the amount was voided (cancelled).  You can contact Amazon regarding your cancellation.  In the Amazon App, select 3 horizontal bars on the bottom right, scroll down to Customer Service to answer the prompts for an Agent.

Hope this helps.
