Viewing an order on Square Register

We ahve been using Square Register for a few days and very happy with it. Is it possible to have  an order stay on the screen after the money is collected? We are using it in a high volume  ice cream store. After taking an order we will collect while the items are being made and would like to be able to refer back to it without having to print a receipt? We do not need multiple orders open.

Glad you're liking your Register @ChrisB! Have you had a chance to see the Live Q&A our Register team did last week? While that might not have your answer, there are some other Register experts on that thread. However, have you tried pulling up orders in the transactions part of the menu? That might be helpful.
