How long does it take for an Authorized User to receive a verification code? I set up a new Authorized User, and they received a confirmation email but no verification code, which they would need to log in to the Square Register app.
@Swantiques Sorry for the confusion. An authorized user will only receive a verification code by SMS if you only enter their phone number. As you provided their email address and they received the verification code that way, they're ready to sign in to the app!
I'm having the same issue. Can they sign on via desktop? If so, what password will they use?
Hi @kitora18, welcome to the Seller Community! Did you add an Authorized Representative? If so, you can allow them to sign in and access the online Square Dashboard (desktop) by following these steps:
After that, grant them the ability to Access Dashboard. From there, they'll be able to access the business settings using their email address and password.

Authorized Representatives do not have their own login access @Jasbarn. If you are looking to add a user with Full Access to your account then that individual would have their own Access to your account.
