Using the inventory synch/integration between BigCommerce and Square?

I have a ecommerce sute on BigCommerce and am having trouble with synching inventory between BigCommerce and another POS package.  Has your experience with BigCommerce/Square inventory synching been good?  What works well and what does not work?
