Uploading photo of Apple Pay Marketing Items

Hey there I ordered a the Apple Pay marketing kit and the place showed up soon after where I could upload a photo but when I received the kit the location to upload a photo was gone?

Same problem here. @Chad, when you say you should receive an email, do you mean a different one from the one informing me of my Apple Pay bundle order?

The only emails I have received are an acknowledgement of my order, a shipping notification, and 3 Getting Started notes. Nothing that specifically mentions the Apple Pay Marketing Kit. Should there be one?
