Upgrading after trial period glitch

I'm at the end of my free trial period to upgrade my account (appointment app). When I sign into my account on my phone it asks me to either continue with the free version or sign out. I can't for the life of me figure out how to upgrade even when I log in via my laptop. Something doesnt seem right.

 

Issue is I can't see my appointments and when I try to go into my booking link it says online bookings are unavailable.

 

How do I fix this?
