I know there was an issue with square online sync but reading the post it looks like it's supposed to be fixed.
My issue is with adjusting stock levels. I can edit and save items with no issues. When I go to update my stock levels it just sits there on the wait screen and then after about a minute I get the red error message saying it couldn't access my stock and to try again. It's not like I have a lot of stock. I only ever change stock levels from 1 to 0. And the issue is there on any other web browser I try. I've tried closing and reopening the browser. I've also tried clearing all the web stuff like cookies and cache.
Is this a known issue or is it just me?
HI, the issue you describe is the sync issue as noted in the yellow banner above the Seller Community board. Any updates provided may take a few hours or a few days.
I am having this exact issue. I've tried different browsers, different days. I literally need to change 0 to 1 so I can SELL MY **bleep** STUFF. I've had this issue on past months' updates, and it's maddening every time. Why is this such a hard item to resolve. There is no yellow banner at the top of my page. nothing says offline. Just a spinning wheel, then a red banner saying cannot update.
I'm having that issue again today. Last time I had to delete items after a day or so and redue them. Very frustrating when you have thousands of items to put in your store.
