We use the Square Reader SDK in our app and our customer are experiencing the same problem others are reporting with the Square app itself: when entering card information manually, you can't type a 2 in the expiration date year field.
The Reader SDK version we are using is 1.3.8, which is the most recent version available to us. Our customers our complaining and blaming it on our code. Can you please advise how we are supposed to address this situation?

I don't think that your code is related to the issue you are having. Per the thread that you referenced if you have already exhausted all of our troubleshooting suggestions, we advise that you contact our Customer Success Team via phone to help you look into this further. We may need to open a ticket with our engineering team to make assure that this is not an account specif issue.
