Unable to create invoices

Today I tried to create two new invoices, I can navigate around everything, view past invoices, do anything...except create a new invoice. Everytime I click the button it get a blank white screen excpet for the navigation panel to the left. After checking the boards here I rebooted, cleared cache and cookies, reset my router, and even tried it on my laptop instead. Same results.

Same here so I went through my phone app to see if it would allow me to create an invoice that way. It worked so I saved it as a draft. I went back online and the invoice was now there to edit and send out. But when I tried to edit, same blank white screen as before.

 I had the same problem tonight.  I changed to Firefox Browser and it worked.  It has something to do with the security of the browser.

Anytime you run into a blank screen or never-ending loading, it usually has something to do with your web browser. 

 

Making sure your web browser is up to date, clearing your cache, or switching web browser entirely can resolve this.
