Unable to Receive Appointments Staff Notifications

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "Staff Notification is Broken"

 

Using Square App and web link to book service appointment. I am the owner and staff. I do not get email or text when an appointment is booked or a reminder of an appointment in 24 hrs or 2 hr. I have setup the staff notification properly with both email and phone. I checked the spam folder several times but nothing in spam.

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your Appointments notifications. Since you have already double-checked your settings, let's get you in touch with our Square Appointments Support Team to take a closer look with you.

 

They will be able to pull up your account, take a look at your settings, and also report this issue to our engineers if necessary.

 

If you'd like to speak with our Support Team by phone, you can give us a call at 855-700-6000 between 6am-6pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday. If you call outside of these hours, you will be required to enter your Customer Code to validate your account.
