Hey everyone! I'm new to square and the equipment I got was passed down from a previous business owner. I've got the square stand, card reader, and cash drawer all hooked up. A couple weeks ago everything was working fine, but when I had a soft opening this past weekend, my Ipad was not picking up on the square stand or any of the hardware attached. I tried charging the Ipad to make sure it wasn't the tablet and it worked fine. I think the USB box that the cash drawer and card reader plug into may have gotten wet. I was curious if anyone knows how to get that replaced or if I have to buy all new equipment? Please let me know!
