Our business needs to be nimble to survive this pandemic. We need Square Appointments to be nimble, too, if we're going to keep using it.
I need to be able to assign ALL of our locations to ALL of our staff and not have to build in a weekly schedule that doesn't avoid overlapping time slots. I need to be able to move staff around to cover shifts without having to then go back and rebuild our schedule.
I run into a "staff has overlapping availability" error message and the system won't save my staff assignments to locations. Is there a work-around, am I missing something? I really need to be able to do this, otherwise this system is taking up more of my time than it needs to and I can't continue using it.
