Trying to move a lower section above the header on my home page, editor doesn't allow, CSS code?

Hello, I am trying to move a lower section above the top header section on my home page, the editor doesn't allow this, is there a custom CSS code that will achieve this?

Trying to move the red section titled limited time offer to the very top of the page.

Hello @WGTG and thanks for your question. If you go into your website editor, you can turn on a main banner.

Then you can insert a special message here. I don't think you can get any element to the very top above your navigation, but hopefully this will get you closer to what you're trying to achieve.
