Trying to add new bank account and it won’t send me an email

Hi.  I’m trying to change bank accounts and I can’t receive the email confirmation code. Can anyone help.

Hi @Heather25- Have you checked your SPAM folder? Also just making sure- do you have more than one account with separate emails?
