Troubleshooting the customer display on an iOS device

@JustinC , I'm in the states and I'm trying to use the customer dispay option on a second  IOS device (ipad mini 4) running the latest Square POS app. The problem I'm having is I'm running the latest version of the app yet I dont see the customer display option in the settings. Is this available yet?

Hey Soua !

 

Super strange. Did you try reinstalling the app or running through any other troubleshooting? Make sure to disable its Bluetooth on the CD, and make sure its on the same network as your Point of Sale device.
