Trouble importing timecards to payroll -- PLEASE HELP

I am having trouble processing my payroll because the timecards don't import anything to the payroll screen. I pick the dates. I click IMPORT TIMECARDS and all I get are names. None of the rate or time information I have already logged. So I end up having to do it all over again. Please somebody tell me how to fix this glitch because my time is being wasted.

HCUniversal - Really sorry your dealing with this. Seems like an stressful and frustrating experience. Have you tried calling our Payroll Team yet to help you out? Seems like they'll want to take a look.
