Tried to connect my URL from Zen buisness and now my site has been down for over two days.

Hi, I've contacted Zen and Square to only get bot responses and zen customer service email is over 24hours old with no response... Can anyone help with this? I copy and pasted the @ address as well as the www address so I'm not sure what I could have done. I'll even take the lengthy square up url you get on the basic account again but I have customers emailing me left and right and no way to get my product to them. My square page says not connected provider unknown..
