To do an instant Transfer you should be able to do it on your Square Dashboard this method has a fee.

Now if you are trying to setup automatic transfer, that transfer in the next banking day, you need to goto your dashboard-Account & Settings-Business-Transfers and choose the methods you prefer. The dashboard link is above.
