Transfer domain who do I transfer through

So I purchased my domain through weebly or square.online. About a year ago or so I transferred to squarespace and now I would like to transfer to shopify. I’m having a difficult time. Do I need to get a hold of weebly or Squarespace to transfer to shopify.
