Hi, I will be making a large payment this week that is outside my normal spending habits. I was wondering if, due to security, that will somehow flag my account? I want to be sure the payment goes through without any glitches.

 

Additionally, if there is a flag of some kind, how will I know and if I need to confirm my identity, how long will that hold up the payment? I tried calling support but didn't receive the information I was looking for.

 

Note, that I will be making the payment, not receiving a large payment.

Yes, from my Square Checking account. 

 

I'm sure it will be fine; but with all the security measures needed nowadays for identifying suspicious activity in the banking world, I thought I'd ask! Especially given my payment will be outside my normal spending habits.

Yes, there is the possibility it you will run into a hold sine the payment is outside of your normal range. If you'd like you can reach out to our Banking Team to confirm if there are any steps to take before the payment is taken. 

 

You can use: 1-855-700-6000 and they are available Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm CST.
