Tracking Orders

Is there a way to track orders from customers that placed an order over a message, Facebook group, or any other form of social media? Somewhere to show “order status” type of thing. I need an easier way to track the actual orders!

At this time, there isn't way to track orders from customers that placed an order over a message, Facebook group, or any other form of social media. 

I can totally see the need for a feature like this and how beneficial it could be for sellers keeping track of orders. The best way to get a feature like this one implemented would be to post it on our Ideate Board which gives our engineers visibility to your request.  The Ideate board allows other sellers the opportunity to look into your request and advocate for it as well.
