Timed pricing Item upcharge

Hello All, I have a problem I am looking for a solution to. We have a Bloody Mary Bar every Sunday from 9am to Noon. Is there a way that I can have an automatic (timed pricing) $1.00 upcharge for my Bloody Mary's (item has variables for liquor brands). I can see how to do discounts in this manner however no option to increase price instead of discount price. Any help appreciated. Thanks

@DonV 2 ways to do this.

1.  I would just duplicate the item at a higher price and then call it Bloody Mary bar Sunday or something like that and only use that button during that time.

2. Set the price higher and then set up an automatic discount to take 1$ off from 12:01pm - 11:59pm on Sunday and all day the rest of the week.

Not exactly what you are looking for but should work.
