I was able to add the store, get products added to the catalog and things looked like they were on the right track. This morning I woke to a message that every one of my items were rejected due to this message:
"Product has a TikTok policy violation for the target country"

Ive gone through those - neither help with this specific issue.

Since this decision came from TikTok I will suggest you engage their support team for them to clarify the reasons behind the rejection.
